“We had Sean come out and give us a quote on a mini split system for our office, once we signed he set a date and the guys were there for an install within a couple of weeks. Once summer hit my new unit had an issue I called Sean and he immediately had Joel aka the wolf and Jeff out to fix the issue. Between Joel and Jeff they decided it was best to get rid of the unit I had and actually upgrade me to something better, at no cost. Joel Jeff and Enrique came out and reinstalled the better unit and we were good to go. Ownership should be super proud of their crew. “I had a disturbing leak and drain clog happen all at once. Chris did not hesitate to respond to my concern. He was there in less than two hours. For one guy this is not always possible but it when there is an emergency I know he'll find time. He is professional and knowledgeable and gave me any recommendations i needed to follow up.I dislike the large companies that over charge and make you wait and really act as if they do not need your business. They may not but they are in the wrong business when plumbing issues are sometimes of the highest priority.I have not need for any other plumber. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, conscientious, thorough, and takes the time to explain what he is doing in normal-person language. We also had a great experience with Lisa in the office -- she was very responsive, helpful, courteous, and willing to work with our schedule. These guys are not the cheapest plumbers in town, but we would use them again just for Joey [and Lisa]. We used Sitko for both home and a rental property and were very pleased with the work that was done. It is really really hard to find a plumber this good.
