“I met with Tom Greene to get an assessment of my wooden posts under my crawlspace. Many of them are frizzled and damaged from long-term moisture and i was concerned it is a threat to the structural stability of the house. Tom assured me that since the vast majority of the interior part of the posts are undamaged, that the foundation is fine. He recommended that I find a company to fix the moisture problem.Other companies wanted me to replace the wooden posts, presumably to make a sale, but Tom did not take that route.I trust this company. Tom is ethical and knowlegeable.“
“I recently contracted Pacific Concrete to build the concrete decking around our new pool, which was in the process of being built. Our pool company referred us to PC and after getting a couple of other quotes, I ultimately decided to go with PC because their professionalism and the fact that they’d worked with our pool company on multiple jobs. They finished our decking a couple of weeks ago and I’m beyond pleased with the results. The quote and sales process, which was handled by Justin, was timely, professional, and thorough. Justin listened to what we wanted in terms of design and aesthetic, gave us a few options in terms of color and finish, and had a solution to some of the more tricky issues we had to deal with (such as eliminating a sump pump and replacing it with a French drain). The construction process was also handled professionally and as timely as possible. The crew lost several weeks of work time due to the crazy rains in San Diego in February \\u0026 March, but Brandon, Juan, and the rest of the team was there to work and get as much done as they could on the days the weather cooperated. A few other things stand out from my experience with PC. During the construction phase and prior to the pour, I wanted to make sure the areas that were free of concrete weren’t land-locked in terms of having water and electrical sources for future irrigation and landscape lighting. A five min conversation with Brandon led to them adding conduit and irrigation tubes and re-routing some of the water sources in our backyard to make sure we were covered. There was a minimal charge, but I really appreciated Brandon listening to my request and working with me to find a solution. Also, special shout to the detail that went into capping off a few steps in our layout to match the pool coping/finish (see photos). Overall I’m super pleased with the end result and experience working with Pacific Concrete. I’ve already asked them to come back and give a quote for phase II of our project to demo the existing fence and put in a retaining wall. Look forward to working with them again soon.“

Kyle Zauss from Ram Jack Pacific came out for a free inspection and after thoroughly measuring the floor and inspecting under the house explained that the foundation was fine. No need to spend any money. Their competing Company's initial response to my call was to offer to send a man out for $75.00 to view the issues. After I insisted on at least having a conversation first to describe what I perceived to be the issues they eventually asked if the house was a custom or a track home. Oh we don't do custom homes was the next response. Huh? That would have been good to know up front. Stick with honest quality companies - Ram Jack Pacific.“

“We had water pooling in our garage coming from the walls. We knew something was seriously wrong. We called Mark and literally an hour later he was at our home. He did an extensive examination and gave us the news we already knew was the fix. The entire bathroom had to be redone. It was 60 years old and it had to be fixed right. After the walls and tile were pulled out, it was worse than we thought. They tore out the water / termite damaged wood. They made it new again. New plumbing, all new tile, new floors, new vanity and toilet. The tile guy did amazing work. Everything was level and plumb. Christian did all of the other work. He is th A team! We are so happy. Lovering did our kitchen in 2019. I highly recommend them.“

He repaired a few areas of trim we didn't even ask for, and when in the course of pressure washing everything he discovered our garage door had termites, he literally built us a new garage door.
