I wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank Christian Roofing for the excellent work completed on both our commercial roofing project and our family residence.
The commercial project involved a 1970s-era commercial building with long-term deferred maintenance issues that became more apparent during the roof tear-off process. As sections of the existing roof were removed, additional deteriorated plywood, damaged sheathing, and other aging components were discovered that required adjustments to the scope of work along the way. Christian Roofing handled these challenges professionally and worked collaboratively through changing conditions, escrow coordination, payment limitations, and project logistics.
Shawn Preman, the owner of the company, is a quality individual and clearly a hard worker who takes pride in his business and reputation. During a brief scheduling delay caused by weather and other projects backing up, Shawn personally contacted us, communicated professionally, and worked through the situation very well. That level of accountability was appreciated.
The front office staff was gracious throughout the project, and Office Manager Araceli Guerrero was outstanding to work with. We had to navigate different payment methods and escrow-related limitations, and she remained patient, understanding, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
Chad Fuller provided a detailed estimate and excellent documentation regarding the deferred maintenance and existing roof conditions, which was very helpful for project coordination and decision-making. Alfonso, the Project Manager, communicated well throughout construction and consistently provided progress updates and photographs, even though I was personally on site many days during the project.
In addition to the commercial roofing work, Christian Roofing also completed Spanish tile roof replacement work at our family residence, which is a 40-year-old home. Their crews took exceptional care to protect the property, landscaping, and surrounding areas during construction. Anyone who owns an older home understands the importance of having a contractor who works carefully and respectfully around aging materials and structures, and their team absolutely did.
The workmanship on both projects was excellent, the crews were hardworking and respectful, and the overall professionalism of the company stood out from start to finish.
Roofing projects are rarely simple, especially on older commercial buildings and homes, but Christian Roofing handled the challenges professionally and delivered quality results. I could not more highly recommend this company and their crews.

“I had my 20+ year old roof replaced. Very satisfied with this company's workmanship. The roofers worked very hard and were very accommodating to the care of my property, which had a swimming pool very near the roof repair area. This job included the removal and reinstallation of my regular solar panels and a pool solar tubing system; after the roof replacement, they reinstalled the pool solar tubing (even conducted some repairs) and solar panels without any issues. “Milholland Electric is back to the superb company they once were. Milholland originally installed my solar system and power wall. Sun Power required that they (Sun Power) would have to remove/re-install their panels to insure their warranty. They removed my panels in early July for me to install a new roof. To complete my roofing job the panels had to be re-installed before the roof could be completed. Sun Power declared bankruptcy and left me with solar panels in my garage and my roof unfinished. I contacted Milholland and they have now re-installed my panels. Chad the supervisor and his helper Dave were amazing, were responsive, super easy to work with, provided a timely response and were very professional. In addition, their price was very fair.
