Due to my husband’s military deployment, we had to reschedule our project several times, but Dave was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He always worked with us and made everything as easy as possible.

During the panel upgrade, Smith Electrical coordinated everything with SDG&E and the City of Chula Vista. They even had additional staff managing traffic in front of our house to ensure our neighbors could safely pass through while the work was being completed.

Every electrician on the team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing each day and always asked if I had any questions before leaving. They truly cared about doing the job right and making sure we were comfortable throughout the project.
