This company did a pipe repair job for me in 2021 and the price was right. He showed up on time finished the job on time and he repeated almost the same thing in another location next to my house on the 14th of this month and I am very pleased for the Honesty and how prompt he came out had the utility companies to site the gas and electrical lines and promptly he cut open the concrete slab, Found the leak repaired it and I just can’t say no more. This company is definitely a five star company.
Jaime's done several jobs for us, from replacing our water heater (including reworking the intake and outflow pipes) four years ago to clearing a shower drain clog today. He caught a mistake a previous plumber had made installing the overflow drain on one of our tubs, and when he replaced the water heater he flagged that it was missing a drain pan and drain line, then explained why they mattered instead of just adding them. He communicates clearly and is responsive—he managed to fit us in at the end of a long day to clear a drain when he knew he'd be tied up the next morning. Highly recommend.
My master bedroom shower drain was clogged after my kid put something down it
I called my go to plumber who came down but he was stumped and told me I had to reach out to another one of his peers who I unfortunately never heard back from.
I was desperate since i no longer had access to my shower since it was clogged up and called 4 different plumbers and Jaime was the first to respond.
He is the owner and was super responsive being the first to reach back out to me. He used his very new and high tech toys to take out my obstruction that my go to plumber couldn't complete.
