We used Kelly & Justin Termite & Pest Control to perform an inspection on a property we were purchasing and subsequently, after we closed. They provided prompt and seamless service. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive coming in less than their competitive.
Great service! Kelly and Justin were the third pest control company I invited to my home for a termite inspection. Their inspection was thorough and the price they offered very affordable. They pointed out a couple areas with termite damage that the other companies missed. I went with them for my house tenting and was not disappointed.
I’ve trusted Kelly Hermann with my clients’ pest control and repair needs since 2007, and I’ve worked with Kelly & Justin Termite & Pest Control since the day they opened their business.
They provide monthly pest control service for my home, as well as termite inspections, fumigations, and repairs for my clients’ escrows and pre-MLS inspections on my listings. This is a family-owned and operated company, and the Hermann family are wonderful people, true professionals, and trusted members of my real estate team.
I highly recommend Kelly & Justin Termite & Pest Control for both your pest control needs and real estate transaction-related services.
