Voyager Plumbing’s scheduling process was very smooth and their office staff, William, was very easy to work with. Their technician, Francisco, was personally on top of the entire repair work from inspecting the problem, describing the issue, estimating the work, scheduling the appointment, to fixing the problem. Francisco was very responsive to my calls, and patiently answered my questions every time when I called him. He did a great job in fixing the problem. I would definitely go to Voyager Plumbing again if I have plumbing needs.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, especially Johnny. After two other plumbers had already come out and were unable to resolve a stubborn bathtub drain clog, Johnny was able to diagnose the problem correctly and get it fixed.
He went above and beyond by crawling underneath the house, disconnecting the plumbing, and snaking the drain from below. That extra effort made all the difference, and the clog was finally cleared after days of frustration.

Incredible customer service, they offered us so much detail and information on how to approach installing a water heater. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were fantastic. Lot of stress replacing a water heater, and everyone did such a great job making it seamless. Highly recommend their services!!
