I had a wonderful experience with this company. We needed help finding a leak in our ceiling, and called them for assistance.
They were able to come out the next day and help identify the issue. They also were able to help me get the ceiling patched and painted.
It was so helpful to have a company that could handle all the steps of this process. They honestly made things easy for me. They explained each step of the process and I never felt pressured to do any extra work.
They also were careful to put up plastic and keep our home clean during the messy process.

Stemar has been absolutely awesome. Three days before we were going overseas for three weeks my condo flooded. I was very concerned how how everything would work out without being in town. Gabriel Beas a manager from Stemar was in frequent communication and easily reached which was huge with us being so far away. Then when Zaray Ramos took over as project manager the excellence continued. She communicated frequently , often with photos for project status. She was always easy to reach, her timelines accurate and a pleasure to work with. And their technicians did an awesome job of restoring the condo. Really impressive.
