I had an amazing experience. This was my first time with them. Brenda was my esthetician and she was amazing. I usually go elsewhere that uses only hard wax so I was scared to try somewhere new. She was very welcoming and explained the process. She provided me options and was amazing at walking me through everything. I have a very low pain tolerance so I was very scared. She used the sugar wax and it was low to almost no pain. Had a great experience and will be coming back.
