It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to you. I want to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible experience my family shared as two of our adult children became proud new home owners, each having purchased one of your impeccably built Carrington homes a few months ago. I hope this review helps others make a decision to use your company.
It’s important to note that our family has a construction and development background and are familiar with many of the intricacies of building which are often overlooked. When we toured Carrington’s new homes, we realized that the company clearly paid tremendous attention to detail with numerous amenities, features, and benefits not often considered by the majority of other builders. Whether it be utilization of free spaces, thoughtful placement of electrical and service outlets, transom windows in closets, use of high-efficiency triple pane windows and solar-ready conduits, and the clear utilization of trades who care, Carrington went above and beyond our expectations for “spec” homes.
It's also important to note the exceptional HR talent at Carrington. Chantelle was our direct point of contact for all aspects of our home buying experience. Her knowledge of the product and experience with the overall process was akin to that of a business owner. I can speak to this with certainty, as I operate a number of businesses and can spot an exceptional professional a mile away. Chantelle’s thorough approach to the process and her impeccable sense of customer service made us feel well cared for, beyond that which one often finds in today’s world. The champagne and thoughtful bath robes for each new homeowner was a lovely touch. Again, this sort of service is something often lost today.
We ended up purchasing two homes instead of one from Carrington for all of the reasons listed in this letter, however, to make things even more special, Chantelle worked hard to help us prepare a wonderful “surprise” for our family. She and her husband helped us to do a unique and amazing surprise for members of our family who were unaware of the second purchase. It was such a spectacular event for everyone, and something we will fondly recount as the years roll ahead. Chantelle made us feel like family, not merely customers.
Finally, I wanted to draw attention to the after-sales service that Chantelle and the team provided. With new homes there are often a few items which need adjustment and final touches (landscaping etc). The Carrington crew were ready to assist us immediately, caring for our needs as if we were fresh new sales opportunities. Again, this is not common in today’s world. Thank-you Chantelle and team!
In closing, it’s apparent to me that Carrington’s awards and accolades are well earned, recently being named the Builder of the Year for single family homes at the 2024 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence. Congrats to Carrington, you deserve this incredible recognition!

My friend had Brooklynn for a hair dresser, and she was so bubbly and wonderful to vibe with, she did an amazing job on my friends hair. She completely understood what my friend wanted done with her hair and went above and beyond to accomplish it for her! Absolutely amazing service from Donny Chant. Probably the best haircut and beard trim I've ever had. So much precision and attention to detail and yet I was in and out in ~35 mins. Donny was very welcoming and even gave me a discount for my first visit to Krspy. Even without the discount, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get. I can't recommend this place enough.

Jean is one of a kind, absolutely the best barber I ever been to. He has been doing my hair for about 5 years now and every single time he cuts it as I ask, even wehen I change the style. As a guy honestly it was nice having someone explain the process as well as going through all the steps and man there was a ton. First time getting my lashes done at Lola's!Tons of parking, the CUTEST dog to welcome you as you walk in, friendly positive ladies, and such a CUTE spot! A bunch of cleansers, products, face masks and scrunchies for sale. Fluffy blankets/pillows, and the best part of it all, THE CHAIR!I usually have a hard time sitting still for so long on the regular benches and my back starts killing me but with this recliner I was in zero pain after 3 hours. She wears magnifying glasses in order to see exactly each lash and ensures it is installed properly and she cares greatly about the health of your lashes and encourages cleaning and brushing and gives tips how to care for your lashes.Super happy to have found this place and cant wait to go back!

I began investigating Botox for tension headaches. I already knew Dr. Chetty because he was previously my family doctor and I was comfortable with him. He and Isabel explained the approach and the cost model very clearly. I was given a variety of options to pursue but I didn't feel at all pressured to take on any additional treatments. I have been headache free as a result and the smoother forehead is a great bonus! I specifically wanted it to look very natural and was worried about Botox in general but Dr. Chetty and Isobel put me at ease and I am very happy with the results.

I cannot recommend Jasmin enough!! By far the best lash tech I've ever gone to. I've been going to her for volume lashes for the past year and a half and she never disappoints. She always makes sure they look perfect before I leave, and goes above and beyond to accommodate bookings for her regular clients. What is most impressive though is the retention and attention to detail for separation - I can go 2-3 weeks with my lashes still looking full and even, and they never fall out in clumps or leave weird gaps. I always look forward to our appointments - great vibes in the studio and overall lovely person to chat with while I get my lashes done! :)

This was my first tattoo, and it meant a lot. I was honouring my dog, Lark, who passed recently. The story behind it is a bit heavy, but Benny handled it in the best possible way. He didn’t pry, just gently made space for it. I felt seen, not judged, which really mattered given the full context.
He showed me the design, and it was perfect. Honestly, it looked exactly like what I’d pictured in my head, just better. I’m not much of an art person, but he pulled the feeling right out of my mind.
As for the actual session - Benny was kind, calm, and very dialled. He checked in often, read how I was doing, and offered breaks when I needed them. Made the whole thing feel way more chill than I expected.
My thing (as a first timer) was if it was worse than the dentist, then it’d live up to what I expected.
It was not worse than the dentist. It hurt, but talking with Benny made it better.
If you’re on the fence about booking with him, especially if it’s a personal piece or you’re nervous - do it. He’s talented, easy to be around, and clearly cares about getting it right. I left with a tattoo I’m so stoked about - Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Pro Steam Team cleaned our very old commercial carpet in our office which was beyond dirty. I've been in several flooring stores that pretty much carry the same thing but I was amazed to see the unique carpet samples here. One was the softest carpet I have ever felt, unlike any other, you have to feel it to believe it. Plus, there were other designs that I've never seen before anywhere else. It's definitely worth the look, if you're shopping around.

Sam was great to work with as we picked out and ordered the flooring and tile work for our new home five years ago. The only negative thing about the experience was trying to deal with a flooring warranty issue that dragged on for a number of reasons but has finally been put to rest.
Though communication was difficult for a period of time, I thank Sam for his part in getting our flooring issue resolved. We are very happy with the end result. The installers did a great job and the floors look perfect. They are nice and flat with no more ridges at the seems (which was the problem with the original product), and they match very well to the engineered floors upstairs. It is unfortunate that Beaulieu floors did not recognize the issue as a problem when it clearly was not performing as it should have. None-the-less, the new floor looks great and we appreciate Sam bringing the new flooring in and giving us a break on the cost for the re and re.

Amazing experience here, called to get my glass replaced in my vehicle that was smashed. They were able to get me in same day and even gave me a loaner vehicle, and to top it all off it was done in under an hour! Wow! Great service and will be returning for any future glass replacement.
