Amazing company. They responded to an issue with our trailer lock at our campground near Vernon and was at our site in less than 30 minutes. We called in the evening on a weekend; great customer service, great response time and a kind and understanding crew.

I ended up losing my keys when I was Kelowna, and I called, needing assistance since I live in the lower mainland. When he first came, he wasn’t able to fix the problem, since our car was one that used a key fob as a key, and the tech wasn’t working for him, but was visibly upset with that fact, and didn’t charge us since he couldn’t fix it. After about 5 minutes he called me back, and asked if he could come back and try again with a different fob, with now extra service fees, just the original price. After making the mistake of going through the dealership and being way overcharged for simply switching out a $2 battery, I called Kelowna Lock & Key. It was the best decision, Ryan provided fast efficient service with a smile at a very reasonable price...it also felt great supporting a small local business rather than just another greedy corporation who overcharges and underpays.
