I got my carpets and sofas cleaned. The staff member was polite and professional. Everything was great except one of my white sofa chairs got stained yellow in the process. I informed the company and the owner Tyler promptly picked up the chair to take to the shop and fix the issue. He was able to improve the chair quite a bit but it wasn't 100%. He acknowledged that it had been a challenge and offered complementary carpet cleaning for additional rooms due to this issue. I am so appreciative of his professionalism, recognition of the issue and then offering to rectify it in the best way he could. Amazing results !! marks and stains gone, 25 year old carpet looks new again as a result of annual cleaning by Pro Steam.
