We’ve worked with Small’s Tile and Flooring on two builds now, and they’ve been outstanding both times. Carey, Shelley and the whole team are genuinely easy to deal with; professional, knowledgeable and always accommodating. Their showroom has a huge selection, and Shelley’s help during the selection process made our decisions simple instead of overwhelming.
The installation team was incredible as well. Any questions we had were handled right away without the need to follow up, which says a lot about their service and attention to detail. They took care of all our tile work, hardwood flooring and our fireplaces, and everything turned out beautifully.

Sam was great to work with as we picked out and ordered the flooring and tile work for our new home five years ago. The only negative thing about the experience was trying to deal with a flooring warranty issue that dragged on for a number of reasons but has finally been put to rest.
Though communication was difficult for a period of time, I thank Sam for his part in getting our flooring issue resolved. We are very happy with the end result. The installers did a great job and the floors look perfect. They are nice and flat with no more ridges at the seems (which was the problem with the original product), and they match very well to the engineered floors upstairs....read full review
