This is the best vet around, with fair pricing and maximums in place for things like dental treatments. They do such a good job of caring for pets, handling even the nastiest botfly larva like pros. You would never know it was a veterinarian office as it is set up as more of an upscale medical office, with no urine smells.
I want to thank the Clinic manager, front desk staff , and Dr. Becky for making one of the hardest days of my life a little more bearable . Worse news couldn’t have come and the decision was made on the spot to put my sweet girl out of pain . Dr Becky was exceptionally kind, gentle and so aware of how heartbreaking the process is. She treated my sweet girl with such dignity and warmth - I’ll never forget it . All of the ladies on staff that day were incredible. I can’t thank you enough for the compassion you have shown me as well as my pet . 🙏🩷
We moved to the Okanagan in 2020 and I researched the vets prior. I was very happy to find a clinic that I felt was in alignment with my values. The care is second to none, we appreciate the holistic approach and options they offer. We have a Borzoi and a Bernadoodle. Very different dogs with different needs. Dr Jason Rowan is very well versed in sightjound care as he himself has a sighhound. This was a deciding factor for me as I was new to world of sighthounds. The team at Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital are amazing and have been caring for my little Polly her whole life. She loves the team and drags me through the front door so she can visit whenever we are near the clinic! Dr. Jason and Dr. Becky are always very patient and thoughtful when responding to all of my questions. Every visit is met with follow-up inquiring how Polly is feeling since her visit. While it was disappointing that we weren't able to fully prevent the need to remove some of Polly's little teeth due to her progressing periodontal issues, I've been very impressed that Dr. Becky has twice now caught a cracked or loose tooth that has hopefully enabled...read full review
