Been coming to Mike for years now and he always does the job perfect, just went and got my back dermals pierced and Mike killed it once again, took his time with placement, wasn’t rushed and was very patient with me. If you’re looking for a new place/piercer come here. Definitely recommend. 10/10 experience!
I had my nose pierced last week, and Mike was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The shop was clean, professional, and maintained a sterile environment. Compared to my previous two nose piercings, which came with several issues related to the jewelry, this experience was much smoother. The piercing was less painful, and the stud used has been far more comfortable. Overall, a great experience and one I would definitely recommend.
My daughter had to take out her newly pierced belly button ring for an MRI and then couldn't get it back in herself because the hole had collapsed after being out for 24 hours. She went into Bertram & Co to ask for assistance and they were SOO kind and were happy to help her. They made her feel so comfortable and distracted her as they rethread her ring through. She felt so calm the whole time, although it did hurt, and she felt so taken care of! A HUGE thank you for making this so easy. We will definitely be only coming to you for our future piercings and jewelry purchases.
