My regular barber was unavailable at the time I needed a cut. I found this place, literally right around the corner. Wonderful experience. I was nervous about letting someone new to me, cut my hair. The young woman who cut my hair put my nerves at ease, though. She was quick, yet precise. I felt at ease in her chair, and the result is perfect. I think I found my new forever hair-cutter.

Tara was AMAZING. She talked with me the whole time. Made me laugh, and was a great person to be around. We connected on so many things and she catered to me in every way possible. Which was more than she had to do ! She even offered to have me model for her bridal styles some time and told me she has her own product line which I’m so excited to try out and encourage others to ask her about it. She did a great job on my hair and is very experienced.However. I do have a comment about one of the owners. I have been before for a cut and Ludo had treated me fabulously. I highly recommend OPUS salon without reservation. After a disappointing experience at Chatters last summer, I was determined to find a solution. While it wasn't the stylist's fault at Chatters, I felt I needed a fix.At OPUS, I not only received a fantastic haircut but also left feeling rejuvenated and confident. The stylists were incredibly attentive, offering coffee or tea, and it was evident that they genuinely enjoy their craft, which is reflected in their work.Honestly, I'm considering making the drive back to Kelowna just to visit OPUS again after I move to Vancouver Island. That's how impressed I was with their service and expertise!
