Called to see if I could get an appt today as I hurt my back yesterday. They were all booked up but made time in between as an emergency appointment. Dr. James Whillans was extremely accommodating and put in the effort to listen about my problems and acted fast on developing a plan to help me. This was such a gold standard for how offices should treat new patient’s from Dr. James and the rest of the staff who helped me today I can’t thank you enough! I highly recommend Lauren, the acupuncturist at Lifeworks Family Chiropractic. I was referred to Lauren by a friend. I’ve had lower back pain and tight hips for many years and have gone to physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists over the years and nothing seemed to completely eliminate the pain and stiffness but after five sessions of acupuncture with Lauren the pain has dramatically subsided. The chiropractors and the staff are knowledgable, kind, helpful and professional. It is a very calm atmosphere. I have seen improvement in my neuropathy, my pain, balance and general well being in a short amount of time. Very thankful to have found lLifeworks. Highly recommend!
