We called Jeff on a Monday about an issue we were having with our pressure reducer valve, he came by within a couple hours to diagnose the problem and set up a time for Wednesday when he came back and fixed the issue. We also had him install a kitchen faucet while he was here and everything was done in about half an hour. He is very efficient, friendly, quick and honest. Highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent window cleaning service. Wizard has done extensive cleaning on our (Harmony Homes) interior glass walls, rails, and guards in addition to the exterior glazing. Travis has an eye to detail and is great to work with.

The detail work in my salon is spectacular. The tile and grout lines are square, the painting is extremely neat and new brick wall looks and feels like it’s been there since the building was built. I am so impressed by the level of craftsmanship I would recommend Bill 100 times over.

3 years ago, we made the decision to move from Vancouver to Summerland and build our dream retirement home. We chose to build in Hunter’s Hill development and began to interview recommended builders.
A friend who is an interior designer gave us one piece of advice when we started looking for a builder: “Choose a builder who will build in the style of home you would like to live in”. As soon as we walked into Brandon and Marina Chamberlain’s home (office), we saw first hand a modern home design that we loved. As we viewed other projects that they had recently completed, we realized that they were a team who built in many styles; modern, contemporary, traditional and no matter what the style, the end result was always beautiful. We were always so impressed with each of their past home builds.
Brandon and Marina have an excellent working reputation with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and local businesses. No matter who we asked, they were well respected in the industry. With all their past custom home experience, they were great planners, scheduling subtrades and Brandon’s crew, and the flow of work was constant. As a result, the house was built on time and on budget.
As it was our first time building a custom home, we sometimes asked them to change something mid build, or add extra’s after plans were finalized. If they could accommodate us, they would. Brandon and Marina had a balanced approach to guiding us and they found ways of finding cost savings without compromising quality. And most importantly, there was always discussion and consolation prior to making changes. We had a running account of our budget which gave us peace of mind.
Brandon only builds quality and takes great pride in his work. If he was not happy with something, he would ask the trades to redo it. He never settled for sub standard work. We’ve been in our home one year now and we experience how well built our home is every day. If there is ever a small adjustment to be made (as there always is in a new build), he is on hand right away and it is fixed. No questions. Only customer satisfaction.
Marina is the behind-the-scenes organizer that give’s life to their projects. She was invaluable to us when it came to offering design ideas, choosing fixtures, lighting, cabinets, colours, flooring, tiles…the list of design choices was never ending. But at each point in the schedule when it came time to ordering, she was there to guide us. Marina is professional, patient, and thoughtful, with a talent for design. She listened to our ideas, offered not one but often additional alternate suggestions, and then would allow us to make final decisions. As a result, our home is stunning and everyone who sees it agrees.
We would highly recommend Chamberlain Builders to anyone who asked. They are a great team and we are so happy we chose them to build our home!
Rachel has been the best nail tech for me and is truly talented at what she does. Her nail art skills are incredible, and she always brings my Pinterest ideas to life. She is humble, very sweet, and it's always such a pleasure chatting with her during our appointments together. ☺️

Marty has done an extensive amount of stone work on our new build acreage property. He has done both interior and exterior work for us and it is always beautiful. His work area is kept clean and he is always on time. Marty is a stonemason professional and it would be hard to find a more skilled worker in this field. I would highly recommend Marty.

I have been taking my dogs into this clinic for over 15 yrs.
Appointment times are very hard to get, and in an emergency I have found that Fair Field Animal Hospital is the only choice for a timely appointment. Wait times are too long if your pet has an infection and requires antibiotics, by the time you can get an appointment the infection may have become debilitating.
My dog has an ongoing problem and was prescribed antibiotics by this clinic. Dr. Julie was great and was able to renew the medication without a secondary examination.
Recently this problem re-occurred (on Christmas day) and I had to bring my Dog to Fair Field Hospital. They provided an antibiotic as recommended by Dr. Julie but only prescribed a 5 day course. Since Dr. Julie recommended a 2 week course I tried to get the prescription renewed at Summerland Animal Clinic since the condition had been isolated by Dr. Julie. Dr. Rand however would not renew the prescription before the course of medication expired. Since the medication course should not be interrupted I am unable to have this prescription continued.
I will simply have to wait until the abscess reappears and then try to get an appointment in Summerland.
Communication with the front end staff has been an issue for me. Appointment dates have been very hard to schedule in a timely manner.
When my dog was cut on the neck the front end staff couldn't get him into see a vet for a month. I happened to be in the waiting room a couple days later with the dog when Dr. Julie came into the room and we started talking. I showed her the cut and she was able to get me into surgery the next day. Since I had to wait (for the appointment scheduled a month later) the wound had started to heal and required further surgery to allow stitching.
My point is that I would like to have the same communication with the new owners as I had with the previous owners. I realize that the front end staff are there to ensure smooth appointment scheduling, however they need to consider the priority of appointments. I have no trouble getting an appointment for non-urgent care (routine vaccinations etc) but it seem very difficult to get an appointment for more urgent care.
Amazing experience with Ellen! She corrected my daughter’s hair done elsewhere. Not only did she fix her hair, but she taught her how to style her hair and I’ve never seen my daughter so happy to learn about her hair and excited. It’s hard for my kiddo to connect with others as she has disabilities and she was so happy to interact with Ellen. Thanks! You’re the best. ?
