Amazing. I’ve been to both locations of Embody and always come out very happy and relaxed! Matthew Lambrecht is fantastic - very personable, understanding, respectable, and in touch with your needs! After ACL recon surgery, I’ve always been a little iffy about the work done around my knee, but I knew I was in good hands with Matthew. He worked through my knee and moved it in ways that I hadn’t experienced since post-op physio. Everything felt great! I also appreciated the casual atmosphere offered at Embody. Great massage by Matthew Lambrecht, he really listened about my recent injury & checked in at the end. He has great technique. I will be booking again in the new year. I highly recommend to anyone!

Both Carly and Bryan are great RMT's. I have neck and shoulder pain that causes headaches and that has been my main focus when going to Bryan and I always leave feeling better. Carly gives a great full body deep tissue style massage and finds areas of soreness I didn't realize I had. They are both knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The environment is relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a great massage in a relaxing atmosphere.
