I had my heat pump and air handler both replaced. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. The ENTIRE team at First Class are top notch! Ezra, Jackson, Phat were all very experienced and knowledgeable. Trish the office manager was very helpful as well with the rebate application to BC Hydro!
