Fred and the rest of the team at mission massage are amazing people and some of the best RMTs in Kelowna, but I might be biased as I have been seeing Fred for my almost my entire life. He is one of people I can rely on helping me get my body back together after mountain biking injurys so I can speed my recovery up. Highly recommended for day to day aches and also major injuries. His hands will put your body back together like nothing else.

I would highly recommend going here for massage. I have seen Delia and Fred and they are both excellent. The receptionist Cecilia is super nice! It is centrally located and easy to park there. ?
