We have a solid light maple hardwood floor in our kitchen and dining room. Ok Hardwood installed the floor in 1997. They refinished it in 2007, 2017 and now in 2026. They used Bona commercial grade product and applied 4 coats. The crews take such good care and the solid maple cabinets were not damaged in any way. When the air temperature surged to over 30c the final coat did not cure well. We were so impressed when Cori came to our house to address our concerns. She immediately agreed that the finish was not up to the Ok Hardwood high standard and arranged to have the crew resand and reapply the final coat! It doesn’t take long to know who you are dealing with when you visit their flooring showroom. I get to see many businesses from behind the scenes as a photographer and I can tell you that this is a very honest and highly reputable company, through and through. Okanagan Hardwood Flooring is the first company that I think of when anyone asks me who I would recommend for carpet, tile, and hardwood flooring.
