I have referred Knox Mountain Mechanical to a number of my clients throughout the years for all of their mechanical needs. Justin and Mark come out on top every time in terms of professionalism, response time and extremely fair pricing. My clients have always been extremely satisfied with their level of customer service. I recently needed their assistance personally when my AC stopped working in the middle of an Okanagan heat wave. They had the fastest response time over their competition and Justin had it back up and running much more quickly than I ever anticipated. I had a furnace and heat pump installed. Mark and his team were very professional and did an amazing job! He recommended several options that suited my needs and took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend this company to anybody needing mechanical services as they do great work!

Justin and Matt were absolutely awesome to deal with. Justin made sure they promptly visited our house after we found a leak and were able to repair it without tearing our house apart.
