I woke up to a serious electrical problem in my home and I called Rob from Hotwire Electric. He came and had it figured it out in no time. Just to see him work was mind blowing. He is the most amazing electriction I have ever seen. I would highly recomend him to anyone. Thank you for your great service! Dwight
Rob was amazing to deal with. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to give me a quote in a timely manner. He also suggested ways I could try to fix the bathroom fan myself, where to get parts, as well as helped diagnose the issue we were having with our heating system over the phone - it was a simple fix of flipping the breakers on and off, and everything seems to be working fine now.I really appreciate that he helped me out over the phone and emails when he could have easily sent a tech out and charged me for it. Quick service for a reasonable price, and when an issue came up the owner was immediately on top of it, and went above and beyond to resolve it. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.
