I called this morning for a furnace repair and the repairman was at my door just over two hours later, incredibly prompt service. The technician was very professional and took time to explain not only the repair necessary but provided a detailed explanation of the furnace function including life expectancy of the furnace. The repair was completed quickly and I was impressed by the knowledge and skill of the repair technician. All in all a 10 out of 10 rating.?
Great experience with the Reliance team - Our furnace stopped working over the weekend, and Reliance offered emergency support that same day. We were provided with service fees before committing, and the Reliance team was very transparent and helpful. Jayden was professional and prompt in coming to assess our issue, and called with an ETA before arriving which we always appreciate. He was thorough and kind, and explained what he was doing at each step. The issue was resolved expediantly and with great customer service. I won't hesitate to use Reliance services again in future.
Found evidence of a leak in my basement and exhausted my troubleshooting. Wightman had a plumber out next morning and Danny expertly determined and fixed the cause much faster than I could have expected. Extremely professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend!
