I had my cat charged here who had been struggling with mats. He is generally super fussy, but they got him done is under a half hour and trimmed his nails. 100% going back, such lovely staff

What a great experience I had at Okanagan groom and go!!! Due to some scheduling I had to cancel or move my dog’s grooming appointment around multiple times, they were very understanding and helpful. My dog also got a great groom. Definitely would recommend to others!!

Kelsey did such an amazing job with Finn! This is my favourite groom he’s ever had. His face looks absolutely adorable.
Finn is a very nervous dog when it comes to grooming, and the care and patience shown to him made all the difference. The whole experience was so positive, and he came home happy and relaxed, which means the world to us.
Thank you so much, Kelsey, for taking such great care of Finn and making his grooming appointment such a wonderful experience.
