The Chatham Homes team is top-tier! We love working with them; they're everything you could ask for in a trade partner. Knowledgable, prepared, punctual, experienced. Watching these guys navigate the bumps and grinds that COVID's put all contractors through these last years has been immpressive. It's the Okanagan's fortune to have them building in the valley. 11/10 would recommend for any build.
