I can’t recommend John enough.
Over the weekend, our friend was dealing with what we believed was an illegal eviction. John took the time to understand the situation properly and mentioned he had dealt with similar cases before. He also contacted members of the RCMP to confirm the legal situation and ensure it was safe for him to proceed.
Ultimately, we decided not to enter in order to avoid escalating the situation. During what was a very stressful and emotional moment, John didn’t just treat it like a job. John was an absolute lifesaver. In a stressful situation, and he really went above and beyond to help me out. Since I couldn’t be there in person, I gave him permission over the phone to unlock it whenever he could and just leave the car unlocked for me. Very shortly thereafter, he sent me a photo showing he was able to open the door no problem, and honestly it felt like an angel had been sent to save because of how easy he made it all. He turned a stressful situation very quickly into immediate relief.

John went way above and beyond to provide help, information, and genuine support. He spent almost an hour of his time doing due diligence and explaining in the most professional way the pros and cons of our friend's scenario, drawing on his 14 years of experience. When our friend didn't end up pushing through with his service, he continued to be a wealth of knowledge — and even gave her a box of chocolates because he could tell how shaken up she was. Give this man a medal for demonstrating how a small business should be run. I'm not surprised at all why he has all 5-star reviews. Thank you John!!
