I had a last minute rush job that required a solution for fixing a panic bar that wasn't functioning properly. When I called in to request a technician, the office staff was very friendly and was able to send someone out quite quickly. A special thank you to the technician Liam, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and was happy to explain how he was fixing the door. A huge thank you to lockmasters for saving the day and allowing me to finish the job. The client was very grateful as you guys ensured the wedding that was booked at the venue in two days was able to go ahead without issues. I would happily call Lockmasters the next time I have a door issue I can't solve myself.
Although I did not use their services as they are no longer residential. They were very kind to recommend a company to help me out. Going the extra mile for a non client is amazing and rare these days. Kudos to you and your team!
I was referred to Okanagan Lockmaster as I had a very unusual key that needed to be cut. Every other locksmith I went to was not able to cut this key, however Okanagan Lockmaster was able to find a key that worked. Great service and friendly staff! I highly recommend Okanagan Lockmaster.
