Had an amazing experience with Fairfield . They were available on emergency and got my dog in right away. The staff and vet were friendly and kind and so helpful! Will be going here again for any future emergencies
I have had to call them a few times for emergencies as i’m from out of town but visit kelowna a lot. They were always so compassionate, so kind & treated my dog like their own. She is stranger danger and reactive and they took amazing care of her, being understanding and patient with all her issues. I can not reccomend them enough.
We lost our wonderful Karma on Sunday. It was a devastating experience as it was a very sudden event. The Drs and staff are so empathetic and supportive. Karma’s sister was here a two times a few years ago and they managed to save her. Each time we are more than impressed with the compassion and thoughtfulness of everyone ❤️. Thank you ?
