Our experience at Jordan’s was made easier after we had a flood. Rob was so friendly and patient with us as we continued to find the right hard wood floor. He always answered our calls, Came to the site and had a very experienced floor layer to do the job - all in time for Christmas! Thankyou so much Rob - you were a pleasure to work with

We had a flood in our kitchen in Kelowna and was recommended to use Jordan’s. Gary was very helpful in helping me decide what flooring to use and coordinated the timeline with the restoration company. David, who is a salesman as well as an installer arrived right on time every day during the install. He was such a pleasure to deal with; suggested the best pattern for the tile, levelled the floor before laying it and ensured the job site was tidy. He was fast, efficient and did an amazing job! I absolutely love my new floor and wouldn’t hesitate to use Jordan’s again. I highly recommend David as the installer. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.Diane
