We have been going to Affinity wellness for last 7 years. All staff members are amazing. They are always willing to help us every way possible. Therapists are very knowledgeable. Front staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I usually only book massage therapy with Kyla and have so enjoyed the sessions for so many years.
However I have been having health issues this past year in having been diagnosed with IBS following a colonoscopy.
I had been trying, to no avail treating it on my own by following direction from books and online. So much confusing info out there and still I could not get my symptoms under control. I decided to book an appointment with a dietician at Affinity Wellness just to see if I could get feeling better.
I chose Sarah Boyd because I read her bio and credentials on the Affinity site which appealed to me as possibly someone who I could work with and learn how to get my symptoms under control.
I was not disappointed. Sarah met with me in person but also does video chats if one does not want to meet in the office. She took the time to walk me through the Process and decided that I would require multiple visits so chose a packaged deal. I found Sarah to be patient and knowledgeable about IBS symptoms and the LOw FODMAP diet and categories of food I needed to work on.
I am so thrilled to say that today was my last regular session and I am feeling so much better and having fewer symptoms and enjoying food again. I have a couple more reintroduction of groups to experiment with on my own and am able to manage symptoms and figure out what foods I should not eat or at least limit quantity.
