I had a wonderful experience with Elicia at Nufloors! I came in with very little knowledge about flooring and materials, and Elicia was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She patiently listened to what I needed, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly without making me feel overwhelmed. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and provides truly excellent customer service. If you don’t know much about flooring, I highly recommend asking for Elicia. I can’t recommend NuFloors enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. Russ was absolutely wonderful—professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone who worked so hard installing my new floors in my condo was amazing. They were hardworking, careful, and clearly took pride in what they were doing.

Worked with NuFloors to purchase and install new carpet in our condo bedrooms. The entire process was easy. Staff were great. Lilli was pleasant, helpful, and never pushy to make a sale. I took home many samples. We also needed the project done in a timely manner and from choosing, to ordering and installation, this happened. The installer Lilli provided and his teammate were fast, thorough, respectful of our newly painted walls, polite and so clean. Kudos to NuFloors and the entire process. Would recommend.
