Chris and his team came in and gave the house a beautiful refreshing look replaced the windows the kitchen redid the bathrooms, the flooring, and the rotten siding on the exterior home and replace my deck
His team was extremely professional and courteous The work was top-notch. I’m very pleased that I called Chris and had them come out to do the work as spoken to two other contractors before that, but Chris seemed to have the best knowledge of the property and commanded the situation.

I had a flood in my basement suite. Called THV Ltd.They came and did the emergency restorations right away. Set up dryers, talked about the process and gave a time line once approved. Ken Bradshaw said it would take 4 weeks for the repairs. Now... I work in the insurance industry and these things never take less than 3 months, regardless of the size of the job.Ken & his team came back to do a scope of the repairs submitted it to my adjuster.Jan 4/24 started repairing my suite and by January 26th all repairs were complete.My tenant got to move back in for Feb 1st.Amazing customer service, delivered on time and kept his word. So I went here to get a buzz cut and my beard cleaned up - didn't think too much of it - but holy crap, the dude was so good! I have had way too many buzzes over the year where they don't care and just see it as a fast easy cut and it ends up sucking. Here, he took the time and effort and care to really smooth it out and get it even. Massively impressed and will be back!!!

Took my mom, my friend, her mother and her daughter out for Mother’s Day pedicures at Tiffany Nail Bar. I needed somewhere that could accommodate 5 people and once and this was perfect. With an age range from 85 to 15 it’s hard to find one place that will satisfy everyone but I’m happy to say everyone was delighted with their services.

Me and my friend had to quickly find a second option salon because the current salon we had tried to get into said my friends appoitment wasnt showing up and it being her first time getting her nails done I didnt wanna leave her alone. After I had cancelled my appoitment and came to spirit, we had such a wonderful experience. Both our nail techs were beautifully nice, helpful, and charming. They did their job so carefully and we appreciate them for letting us come in so late. They were so welcoming.
L'amour Nail By Tran was a very welcoming place. The decor is lovely and very clean. The staff was friendly but not intrusive. There is a whole variety of nail styles to choose so the manicurist Ivy helped me pick the style, slightly rounded nail with a pearly cat's eye finish. Colors are endless. Pink with a muted sparkle and wow the finished product -- my nails looked so great! I am still loving them. I highly recommend L'amour Nail By Tran.

I’ve had two services here: a lash lift and eyelash extensions, and both times I was extremely satisfied with the service and results. The faux mink extensions were very impressive, they're incredibly soft and lightweight. I barely feel like I have them on! Washing my face is comfortable, and even after a week, I haven’t noticed any fallout. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

I got my lashes done by Gloria and they were absolutely amazing! I loved them so much and she gave me the exact look that I was looking for. Unfortunately , It seemed that I am allergic to the glue or to one of the components in the binding agent so I had to remove them the following day. Gloria was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. She was flexible with her timing and check with me after the procedure was done. Gloria was even willing to provide me with a full refund for my service as I had to remove my lashes a day after I got them done. Needlessly to say I didn’t take the refund as she did an amazing job and I just had a reaction to the glue.I will recommend Gloria and her services everyday and although lashes did not work for me, I will be doing other services with her.

Neil diagnosed the drain pipe and found the pipe and pipe junction behind the wall causing the drain clogging. He replaced them and fixed the wall as well. I just moved into a new place and have been met with all sorts of unexpected issues. Tyler was so kind and generous with his time and advice about how to best resolve some of the issues ( ceiling fans for specific areas/ portable air conditioning/ heat pumps and lighting concerns). We are currently getting our pigtailing done by this company. We are in a downtown high rise in Vancouver. The two guys who came to our suite (the pigtailing is throughout the entire building) Pav and Nick were excellent. This is probably my third time coming back to Tilesense since 2023, and they’ve been consistently solid every single visit. The staff are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually take the time to help instead of just pointing you down an aisle.
I originally bought my tiles back in 2024 with full intentions of installing them right away… fast forward two years (classic “I’ll get to it” situation), and I finally started the project. Of course, I end up one tile short. Cue the panic.
Gave them a call, and somehow—some way—they still had a box of the exact same tile tucked away. Absolute lifesavers.

Wish I had more before pictures but I do not. I wanted to upgrade my carpet to laminate floor so I was referred to Jarvis (PM), who brought in samples within a few days and was able to get a quote in couple days. Daniel (installer) came in the following week and finished the job in 2 days. I wasnt home so Daniel kept in communication for each step. Daniel was also able to fill in the gap between the stairs and the wall since my carpet was thicker than the flooring. I am very happy with the work. 10/10 would recommend.
We chose Newport Dry Deck as the surface for our deck because of its seamless waterproof system and the ability to properly repair it over time rather than just patching problem areas. That gave us a lot of confidence in the long-term durability. On top of that, the finished result looks fantastic. Its been a year, and we've had no issues.
The experience working with the team was excellent. They were incredibly responsive to our questions throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and well-managed. The installation crew was equally impressive — fast, efficient, and very polite while on-site.

We recently completed a renovation with Pacific Living Contracting, and the finished product is absolutely amazing. The owner, Al, was fantastic to deal with from start to finish—incredibly responsive, helpful, and collaborative.
He coordinates top-tier subcontractors; a special shout-out to Bright, who did a phenomenal job installing our new floors. The entire space has been transformed with beautifully painted ceilings and walls, fresh carpet installation, and a gorgeous new fireplace complete with a custom maple mantle. We especially appreciated the extra touches Al suggested, like updating the staircase railings in matching maple and staining them the exact same color. It ties everything together and looks incredibly sleek and modern.
Al genuinely cares about high-quality work, and it shows in every detail. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again as our general contractor!
We undertook a major renovation with Mariposa Homes based on a word-of-mouth recommendation. Jason and Ben have been trustworthy, responsive, and hand-on and we would not hesitate to work with them again on our next project. Given they work as a team, we appreciated the strength in numbers - it was like having two general contractors in one. They were detail oriented - for example, Jason noticed some finishing work that wasn't up to his standard and I didn't even have to ask about it - he had asked for it to be redone. They were also organized - every two weeks, Ben had an invoice copy printed and ready for our records. Both were exceptional at communicating with us, especially when problem-solving a bump in the road (as to be expected). They also led a group of professional sub-contractors to complete our renovation and produce quality finishing work. I was able to meet everyone - from the electrician to the plumber, and they were all skilled and informative. Jason and Ben ensured they executed our plans exactly as discussed. We couldn't be more pleased, and we will miss having their kind faces at our house regularly (even though we are SO HAPPY the renovation is done). Thanks Jason and Ben!

His team was extremely professional and courteous The work was top-notch. I’m very pleased that I called Chris and had them come out to do the work as spoken to two other contractors before that, but Chris seemed to have the best knowledge of the property and commanded the situation.

I was waiting for shots and or possible back surgery many months away, someone suggested a Chiropractor. Hmmmmm why not.
Instant good results that got better after each time I visited. From difficulty standing from a seated position, going up and down stairs one leg/step at a time, and walking for any length of time that I would need to sit often. Now chairs, stairs, and walking are very manageable. It works. The office is great and welcoming as is the staff with a smile every time. Ali knows his stuff and he explains things well. A gardener as well judging by his balcony garden. Can’t wait to try those tomatoes he’s growing.

Sepid is an amazing massage therapist with a real talent for finding trigger points and releasing muscle tension caused by poor posture. After the massage, my body felt so much lighter and more relaxed. She truly knows how to melt away tension!
I am loving all the treatments I am getting from Dr.MacKenzie Chiropractic. The Laser, soft wave, kinesiology and spinal decompression are helping me a lot with my injuries and getting better. All the staff are the best, priv does kinesiology with me with improvements i have felt each session and Dr. MacKenzie with the adjustments in my spine and neck with his extraordinary skills as a Chiropractor. Alright. So I got a deal to come try some chiropractic adjustments from the customer appreciation day at anytime fitness. I decided to try it because they offered a sick deal and I've been interested in seeing a chiropractor for a while but never tried it. I met Dr scott and we did some x rays and some preliminary checks to see how bad my case was. Turns out kinda bad. My neck was leaning quite far forward and causing a lot of stress on my neck and spinal nerve which I had been feeling especially doing certain excersises at my gym. That coupled with some spinal degradation. I've heard alot from other people saying it's a hoax, it's crap or you're going to get an injury(neck snapping) but honestly In the 8 sessions dr Scott is a master,I now know my neck pain doing those same excersises at my gym has gone away 100% and it used to be a radiating pain that was very intense from the back of my head behind my ears to between my shoulder blades. So that already was a major plus and made me trust dr Scott. Other benefits have included way better posture and let stress on parts of my body, I feel alot more motivated especially at the gym so I believe it has effected my overall attitude and health in a very positive way. Aside from their skills and how they've helped me so far I can say they're very accommodating to help you get the treatment you want in regards to timing to go and payment options. So yea, if you're on the fence just try it. Literally I don't think anyone is going to be disappointed with using Dr Scott.

I had only been a client since Dec. 2024 when I brought my pup Brody in to see Dr. Vanstone, he was 11 at the time. Dr. Vanstone is a great vet & is beyond patient & informative. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in detail. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Brody this past Friday & honestly I don't know how I would have gotten through one of the toughest decisions to date if not for Dr. Vanstone. She is extremely compassionate & also knew I liked receiving information in a very direct & factual manner, without sugarcoating anything & that's how she was able to keep me calm & rationale while I had to make the decision to say goodbye. Brody had a tumor that had ruptured earlier in the week, which caused the medical emergency to say goodbye. Dr. Vanstone & her staff stayed a later than normal while we waited for a family friend to arrive to say goodbye to Brody as well. The utmost professionalism & compassion that Dr. Vanstone & the staff extended to me, Brody & Brody's dad during that time will never be forgotten. He knew how much he was loved & I couldn't have asked to say goodbye in more calm environment than the one Dr. Vanstone & staff provided. Thank you for letting us say goodbye to Brody with dignity.
Thanks to the same day appointment they were able to fit me in for, after not having used this vet previously, Roo was able to get treated for the early signs of GI stasis. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Spencer for your care during a really stressful time. Roo is already starting to be in tip top shape again. We owe you everything!
We had very positive experience related to care and treatment of our dog-Toby.His health issues were diagnosed and treated accordingly.
We were not pushed for expensive test etc.
When there was no hope for further treatment, we got full information about euthanasia from Dr.Ma.
We were given plenty of time to stay with Toby in the Office in his final day.
We were treated with kindness and respect, both by Dr and Staff during and after procedure.

I highly recommend Ace at Pet Patrol Grooming & Spa! We brought our squirmy fluffy 11 month old kitten for dematting and she was the calmest I’ve ever seen her! He has an amazing energy with animals. She was purring at one point. The atmosphere is clean, cozy and comfortable. He was efficient and friendly and did a wonderful job! Definitely my new go to cat groomer! Great experience.

I’ve been bringing my chihuahua here for the past three years, mainly for nail trimming and anal gland care, and I truly believe it’s the best grooming place. The owners are always warm, kind, and welcoming, and you can genuinely feel how much they love and care for every dog. They treat each pet with such sincerity and affection, which gives me complete peace of mind. I never feel anxious or worried when I leave my chihuahua here—I know he is in the best hands!

Excellent massage with friendly and professional customer service. My wife and I were stiff and sore after a long flight followed soon after by hiking and climbing around the area. We need to find a great massage at reasonable prices that could accommodate us in the next few hours. We found this at Glen Massage and Reflexology. Lillian, Anna, and Helen were amazing! My wife opted for the 100 minute body massage and I went with the combo foot reflexology and body massage. My wife said that Anna did a great job at applying consistent deep pressure and helped relax the tightness in her shoulders and neck. Lillian did my foot reflexology and she was able to target and loosen problem areas I had due to previous injuries. Helen then did my body massage. She was able to really apply pressure using her hands, elbows, and forearms. My tight muscles felt much looser and relaxed afterwards.
If you ever have need for a reasonable, strong, and professional massage, we strongly recommend Glen Massage.

I had been experiencing vertigo, fatigue, and a lot of stress after months of studying and recently completing a major professional exam. I visited Kelsy for acupuncture and acupressure, and the experience was amazing.
Kelsy took the time to listen to my concerns, carefully assessed my symptoms, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to apply pressure to help release tension in my body.
After the session, I felt noticeably more relaxed, and my vertigo symptoms improved. More importantly, I felt like my body could finally let go of some of the stress I had been carrying for weeks.

My first experience at JJ Family Spa was overall a good one. We opted for Scrub A and it was very satisfying, leaving my skin very soft afterwards. The staff who did the scrubbing was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The facility felt like a traditional spa one would find in Korea. The package included 2 towels, a set of clothes to wear, and a locker. You have to pay extra for the scrubbing mitts if don’t already have a set. We went during a quiet time in the evening so it was nice to try the rooms to ourselves. We didn't have enough time to use the steam room and sauna, but will be sure to try them next time. The owner, Lucy, was welcoming upon arrival and very sweet at the end of our visit. I will come back again.
Would recommend anyone suffering from body pain to visit Gloria Acupuncture & Wellness clinic. Upon the first visit, 70% of the sharp elbow pain went away. I was seeing three different doctor for the elbow pain and Dr Andrew was one of the best. Highly recommend this clinic.
I've had over 15 years of chronic back pain and Rebecca has made my pain so much more manageable now. She does such a thorough assessment and looks at my chronic issues with different lenses so she can really get to the root of the problem. I also appreciate that she ensures my body is moving optimally by the end of the appointment. Because of that, I notice the pain relief and benefits from the treatment last!

Seriously, this is a hidden gem!! Young Min uses acupressure to target painful areas, and you can instantly feel the muscle knots being relieved. After years of searching for a good RMT, this is the first time I've experienced such a thorough and responsible approach to releasing tight muscles. Highly recommend this place for those who are suffering from pains.

Dr. Janet Yu is an amazing acupuncturist. My husband suffered from severe allergies and was taking allergy pills every day year round with limited or no relief. I recommended that he try acupuncture. At first he resisted saying it was just “a gimmick” but eventually he agreed to try it out of desperation. It was after his third session that I asked how it went and he informed me how angry he was and when I asked why he informed me it was because he had waited so long to try it! That was over 15 years ago and to this day he still does not suffer from severe allergies. He occasionally has to take a few allergy pills at the beginning of a particularly bad allergy season and does not have to go for regular treatments.
He then had a serious car accident that injured his back and he suffered from extreme back pain. He could barely get out of bed in the morning. He went to all the ICBC recommended treatment “specialists” - physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractor, etc. and nothing relieved his pain. Finally, I suggested he reach out to Dr. Janet Yu and again, success! He no longer suffers from back pain!
Now he is dealing with a form of psoriasis on his scalp and after trying all the prescribed treatments, shampoos, etc. that didn’t work he has now reached out to Janet and they are working on a treatment regimen.
I met with Janet to review many health issues I was having (sinus issues, migraines and back pain). She took the time to review my issues and came up with a treatment plan. The treatments have helped tremendously.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Janet Yu - she does not just focus on the area of concern but treats the body as a whole! She is a true “healer”. Thank you Janet!
We had a fantastic experience with Clover Leaf Driving School for our daughter's driving lessons. Her instructor, Moe, was fantastic! From day one, his communication was excellent, and he was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive, providing great feedback after each session. Because of our daughter's busy school and extracurricular schedule, we were worried about fitting everything in, but Moe was incredibly accommodating. He suggested a compressed schedule, fitting all of her lessons into a 3.5 month window before her road test. Having those frequent back-to-back sessions gave her consecutive hours of instruction that massively built her confidence and skills. Thanks to Moe’s excellent training she successfully passed her road test on her first try! She is now a confident, capable driver. I highly recommend Clover Leaf and Moe to anyone looking for top-tier driving instruction!

I highly recommend Solo Driving School! I had a great experience with my driving instructor, Boris. I passed my driving test on the first try thanks to his guidance. I’ve tried other driving instructors before, but Boris was by far the best—he truly puts in the effort to teach and help you learn how to drive. He explains things clearly, is very patient, and makes sure you’re 100% ready for your test. His feedback is helpful and really improves your driving. I felt much more confident because of him!
