Last week, the EPC light on my car suddenly lit up while I was driving, so I went to the nearest Evergreen Auto. Although John was very busy, he politely attended to me, even though I didn't have an appointment, and scheduled an inspection for the following week. When I went back the next week, the light was no longer on, but John still patiently checked for various possible issues and explained the principles to me. When I asked about the cost, he said there was no charge since there was no problem. I am grateful for John's thorough inspection, which gave me peace of mind. I even saw a crow come in to chat, which turned out to be an old friend of John's. Overall, John is a very kind and professional auto mechanic. Although I have sold my car and am leaving Vancouver soon, and may not visit the auto shop recently, I highly recommend friends in Vancouver in need of auto repair or tire services to go to this shop and see John.
My 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid is long past it's BBD. The steering column U-Joint had failed, so it had to be replaced. My usual go-to guy up the street flat out said he wouldn't touch it... But Ed's was more than willing, and once the new part arrived from Ford they did the Re & Re. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but they stuck with the quoted estimate and didn't charge for the extra labour time. Was more than happy with the job done. Thanks guys.

I visited Nailtoepia for the first time today and got Gel X extensions with nail art. Super happy to have found this place! The salon is clean and calm, and everyone is really nice. Have relied on Image Nails Studio almost as their first customer. Every few weeks they remake beautifully graceful and natural looking nails over genetically inferior ones, though have been known to stick them in harsh chemicals. I got my lashes done by Gloria and they were absolutely amazing! I loved them so much and she gave me the exact look that I was looking for. Unfortunately , It seemed that I am allergic to the glue or to one of the components in the binding agent so I had to remove them the following day. Gloria was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. She was flexible with her timing and check with me after the procedure was done. Gloria was even willing to provide me with a full refund for my service as I had to remove my lashes a day after I got them done. Needlessly to say I didn’t take the refund as she did an amazing job and I just had a reaction to the glue.I will recommend Gloria and her services everyday and although lashes did not work for me, I will be doing other services with her.

I was referred to Coquitlam Medical Laser by my Dermatologist for laser treatment to remove a large cherry angioma on my neck. The treatment was done over a few sessions, and successful. Omid was great. We replaced our 10 year old tank with a tankless Rinnai 199iN. Once our appointment was confirmed, he came on-time. Work was done professionally and they left the place clean. I had a couple of "extras" that I had Omid do and it was all to my satisfaction. They also didn't mind me hovering over them time to time so it was a great experience for me as well. Will deal with Omid again when our furnace needs replacing. Also need mentioning that whoever is on the fence with a tankless, take the plunge - it's a game changer in our household!

Neil diagnosed the drain pipe and found the pipe and pipe junction behind the wall causing the drain clogging. He replaced them and fixed the wall as well. We have hired this company before to install a baseboard heater and do minor upgrades/improvements and were pleased with their work.We chose Maluma over other contractors because we found Wesley (owner operator) very good about communicating when seeking an estimate and then providing a detailed quote.When we recently needed to do a few more improvements (fixing a dead wall socket, moving a socket to a better location, and installing an LED mirror in the bathroom) we were happy to have Maluma back to do the work.Again work was done quickly, neatly, with no damage to paint or drywall and little disruption to our household. Definitely a 5 star job both times we used Parkland Electrical Services! The first time was during our kitchen renovation when they installed all of our pot lights, electrical plugs, switches and new wiring. Chris gave great ideas on where to install the lights for a balanced look, how many switches we would need and where to put them.This last time, I was having a problem with lights going on and off and a warm electrical panel. Chris was able to come over on short notice and give me a temporary fix and quick estimate until he could come back the next day with the parts to replace the electrical panel. On December 19th 2022 we woke up and found that refrigerator that was not working. At promptly 10:00 AM we contacted Max Nash and informed him of our problem. We found Tilesense through simple Google searching for a tile supplier as we were building a new house. This began an almost year-long relationship with Tilesense (not their fault - our builder is very slow). I have only positive things to say about Nitin (our primary contact), Hugh, and Lim. We went with Tilesense's supplier for flooring as well since we were so happy with them. The customer service and attention from Nitin was some of the best we'd had with all the various suppliers and contractors we worked with over our build process. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest with us. I felt confident that Nitin was always straight with us whenever we had questions, even if we didn't like the answers. Nitin and Lim came through for us for many different things over the course of the project.As our build finally nears completion I can wholeheartedly recommend the Tilesense team for all your tiling and flooring needs. I hope to never have to choose a tile again but if I did, I would pick Tilesense without hesitation. I definitely recommend them - they fully earned these 5 stars.

So happy with the work and service of this company. From the Quote by Keri to the work done everything was first rate. Our deck was repaired before the new surface was applied and the team did a lot of extras along the way. They delivered everything promised and then some. A year after install we had an issue with 1 of the rails and a piece of glass and they repaired everything promptly and without added cost. They really stand behind their work and are so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!
Working with Sam Farahani and his team on our home renovation was an unbelievable experience. We made some major changes to our house and Sam was able to guide us through the entire process with virtually no hiccups. We lived in our house during the renovations which isn’t easy with three kids and two dogs. However, Sam went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Same truly cares about his clients which made the process from start to finish not only bearable but enjoyable. I am tempted to buy another house, just so I could work with Sam again soon. I strongly believe that Sam is the best contractor in the Lower Mainland and anyone would be lucky to work with him. He is the cream of the crop.
We undertook a major renovation with Mariposa Homes based on a word-of-mouth recommendation. Jason and Ben have been trustworthy, responsive, and hand-on and we would not hesitate to work with them again on our next project. Given they work as a team, we appreciated the strength in numbers - it was like having two general contractors in one. They were detail oriented - for example, Jason noticed some finishing work that wasn't up to his standard and I didn't even have to ask about it - he had asked for it to be redone. They were also organized - every two weeks, Ben had an invoice copy printed and ready for our records. Both were exceptional at communicating with us, especially when problem-solving a bump in the road (as to be expected). They also led a group of professional sub-contractors to complete our renovation and produce quality finishing work. I was able to meet everyone - from the electrician to the plumber, and they were all skilled and informative. Jason and Ben ensured they executed our plans exactly as discussed. We couldn't be more pleased, and we will miss having their kind faces at our house regularly (even though we are SO HAPPY the renovation is done). Thanks Jason and Ben!

Rick and I are very happy with the work that Sean Pyle did while on our property. He answered all our questions and made suggestions as to what was helpful and not necessary for us to do. He did a complete and thorough assessment of the exterior of our house and sealed any open areas. He placed multiple traps and bait stations on the main and basement floors. He explained the long term preventative program for traps outside our house. We felt more confident after Sean had been here that we could get this problem under control.
The representative that came here was new but very thorough and checked when he wasn’t sure about something. He did a great job.

We needed to replace a wood log retaining wall on the side of our house with a new Allan Block type of stone wall. This was in order to complete a building permit requirement. After interviewing 5 different contractors, going over their quotes, references, and past and present projects, we finally settled on Bucks with Trucks Landscaping. We are extremely happy with the choice we made and with the outcome of the project.Ben, the owner, worked with us to come up with a detailed project plan and estimate, considering our needs and budget. He executed the plan to the letter in about 7 working days, and in many cases Ben and his team exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by Ben's great communication, professionalism, honesty, and transparency in dealing with us. I have worked with many contractors on our home renovation projects over the last few years, and I can say without hesitation that Ben has been one of the best, if not the best, contractor that I have ever worked with.The new retaining wall, which is two-tiered and altogether about 40 feet long with guardrails on top, looks beautiful and it easily passed the city inspection for our building permit. We had an unpleasant experience with a tree cutting company. Long story short..the company we hired saw the job, took it on, cut only 15 branches when they were supposed to cut two 100+ year old trees and left the job as they got scared. I found Rick for the job, he sent his team the next day. They did an amazing job while working in the wind and rain in only 8 hours. His team was very professional! Price was very reasonable! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing their trees trimmed or cut! I forsure will be using his services again.

I take all my pets here and it’s always been a lovely experience.My dog Benji had to get his eye removed which was a very hard experience for me but the staff at Eagle Ridge Animal Hospital did a spectacular job with the surgery and through the whole process. They explained everything with surgery, medications, healing process to me thoroughly. I never felt left in the dark or that my dog wasn’t in the best care. Dr. Ong and the staff followed up with me on how Benji was doing and healing. 3 weeks post op and Benji is doing amazing and healing perfectly. Took my 2 very anxious dogs to see Ace. I get nervous about leaving them with strangers as they’re rescues and seem to be scared of anyone and anything that moves. I have a ridiculously hard time finding a groomer that I trust. Ace allowed me to hangout while my dog was being groomed, and was so patient with them the whole time. Was really insightful and helpful when giving advice and explaining different things as well. Doing two very large doodles back to back in less than the time previous groomers have taken to do one dog can’t be easy. Very thankful and would decide to recommend

Chewie has been going to M&M daycare for a few months now. He is a young playful boy with lots of energy and I love how he will come home happy and tired. It says a lot about this place when Chewie gets super excited each time when he enters their doors to see the staff and his small doggie friends. I appreciate that the place is kept really clean and there isn't an offensive pee and wet dog smell like in some other daycares. I also want to especially thank Michelle and her staff, who makes the effort to pay extra attention to Chewie's puppyish behavior. I know he is well-loved and I can't thank you ladies enough.
For the most part they are friendly fairly knowledgeable. I got a fish there that had ick and wiped out most of my aquarium but most people who are serious in the fish keeping hobby have a quarantine tank for that reason I guess not sure if they quarantine the new fish maybe just coincidence but I like the aquarium plants there and it's convenient location for me. I'll give 5 stars however I did and do find the one guy I think he may be manager or something I find him kind of rude or not very good social skills or gets flustered easily when they get a little rush . But anyways it's pretty good place

Few days ago I went for Reflexology and had a very good foot massage. It is so relaxing and I left with contentment. Today I had full body massage, from neck down to my toes And acupuncture. It was amazing & wonderful experience. From the moment I contacted them they were responsive & accommodating, best service and it shows in every interaction. I've been to different massages at different places but none exceeds my expectations like this place which has Lilian, a talented Masseuse. Thank you for your magic touch. JP is equally as fantastic as I feel relief after any treatment with either professionals. I have been coming here for treatments for years, originally following my massage therapist, Andrea, from another clinic (she's that good) and then trying acupuncture with Suzanna and Chiro with Avneet which have both been incredible. Carol at front desk has also been amazing with helping me book (and rebook) all my appointments with my crazy schedule. All staff are so lovely and I've recommended so many people to come here. You can't go wrong with this place!!!
I really happy to find a place that I can enjoy the sauna with asian style. Common rooms are busy and little bit unclean so we just stayed each room for few minites, but separated sauna and hot tub space were really good. The temperature in the dry sauna was really good for me which is little bit hot(?) and cold tub which is not too cold was perfect too. You can choose to wear swimsuits or not in the separated spaces. It was comfy and relaxing!! We also had Korean meal at cafe. It was so tasty!!! I’ll come back again!!

My initial 2 visits with Dr. Simon Hong was 2 years ago, he dealt with my neck pain in just 2 visits. Now I am back on a different issue on my neck and already had relief after one cupping session. Be ready to deal with short term pain for long term gain. He will surely address your health issues.

Khalid and Access Driving School are incredible! Khalid is incredibly patient and calm. He gives clear instructions during his lessons and explains things that you can do better well. I see some other reviews that are saying that he doesn’t teach parking, this is not true at all. He absolutely teaches parking once you know how to drive well. Parking is a very small part of your exam, knowing the road rules and how to be a good driver comes first! I was able to succeed in learning how to park because Khalid took the time to teach me how to drive properly first. Thank you Khalid and Access Driving School for all your support and patient teaching, I was able to pass my N on the first try. :)
