So happy with the work and service of this company. From the Quote by Keri to the work done everything was first rate. Our deck was repaired before the new surface was applied and the team did a lot of extras along the way. They delivered everything promised and then some. A year after install we had an issue with 1 of the rails and a piece of glass and they repaired everything promptly and without added cost. They really stand behind their work and are so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

We had the Newport Dry Deck crew resurface our deck and I'm very happy with the results!Keri was in contact on a regular basis with us about the job and let us know exact dates when the job would start and finish.When the crew arrived they were on time, walked through the job with me, and told me the exact day they would be finished.Three days after the start day when I arrived home the deck was completed and the entire workspace was clean.They were also kind enough to even blow of the pine needles off the driveway! I just had my old worn out vinyl deck surface replaced by Newport Dry Deck. Keri was so responsive throughout the process. We had some rot on part of the deck that they were able to spot repair before putting the surface down. It looks so so so much nicer than vinyl. The weather was not perfect during our installation but they tarped the entire deck and we’re able to work through the rain. The team that did the install were fast and efficient and very fun! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a waterproof solution for your deck. It is superior alternative to vinyl in my opinion and I am thrilled that I found them.
