First visit was a success! My standard poodle had a previous bad experience with a groomer, so both her and myself were anxious but the team at Golden Paw were so sweet. You can tell they love dogs, which is what any dog-parent hopes for when leaving their dog with someone else. When I picked her up after her service, she was happy and doing tricks for them. Ali was a star. You can tell he has a strong instinct with animals just by the way he respects their boundaries. Though my dog was still very anxious, he handled her with such care and empathy that she didn’t tremble during the bath, which she usually does at home. To top it all off, my dog was very clean and fresh at the end of the service.
