“My 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid is long past it's BBD. The steering column U-Joint had failed, so it had to be replaced. My usual go-to guy up the street flat out said he wouldn't touch it... But Ed's was more than willing, and once the new part arrived from Ford they did the Re & Re. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but they stuck with the quoted estimate and didn't charge for the extra labour time. Was more than happy with the job done. Thanks guys.“
