The owners of this salon are amazing individuals. There was a time that the electricity were out that affected the whole plaza. The owners holding their phones with the light on and another amazing hairstylist (Winnie) helped me to complete the haircut without any issues. For hairstylists and owners at this salon with passion to provide customer services to customers at this level, I will sign up myself for their long-term customer onward unless I moved out of Coquitlam.
I recently moved to Coquitlam and was searching for local hair salon. I’m Chinese myself and always been going to Korean hair salons in the past decade in Vancouver! And winner did not disappoint:)
It wasn’t a fancy store but clean and organized. The owners are very nice, punctual and efficient. I don’t have much hair and had a simple trim, they even reduced the price for me haha.
Would recommend everyone to try and support local small businesses! Very easy to book online as well!
Today was my first visit to the salon, and John was friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for. He worked quickly but did a great job. I’m very happy with the result! I’ll definitely come back next time to try a colour.
