The new owner took good care in grooming our daughter's 11 year old Havanese Bichon. The studio is decent and parking right infront. Price for complete care is reasonable. I know some grooming studio would like to get to know your pet's history and set up a profile for the new client- your pet. But Austin grooming is good if you just want a job well done but not necessarily wants to become a regular.

Austin Dog Grooming is under new management (relatively speaking.) The previous owners were great and they provided exceptional service for my two Maltese for many years. However these new owners are getting better and better and I am so thankful to have reliable groomers for many more years to come. Thank you Austin Dog Grooming for continuing to carry a legacy of professionalism. Lily and Snowy just love their haircuts and grooming. Thank you so, very much!!

I absolutely love this groomer. I have an anxiety filled dog who is extremely terrified of people.My dog is a rescue dog and I'm not kidding when I say this she's probably the worst dog they have had. She just gets her nails cut but they treat her absolutely amazing, fill her with love and are so gentle. I would not go anywhere else.There prices r ridiculously cheap I always tip them 20.00 just cause I can't get a better service anywhere else.Thank you so much for everything.
