Never had a bad experience here since day one, and it's always great to come. Attentive staff, friendly environment, and vets are great. We got a new puppy and did all vaccines and vet visits here and we couldn't be happier. They also gave us a starter kit which contained tons of information to maintain a healthy pup. I can always recommend this place and prices are affordable! Great service.

The staff truly care about you and pet, and are sure to follow-up and answer any questions you have. Something I really appreciated when I came in, rattled and stressed, with very little sleep after worrying all night.Happy to say my little one turned a corner and is thriving after their work and recommendations!

Parking space is ok. Getting out is a bit tricky depending on which way. Going to Port Moody's direction is easy. Going to Burnaby is a bit dangerous. Try not to cut a cross-double line toward the Burnaby side. Drive a bit and go through a stop sign and get through Burnaby's side.
