Amazing experience, my tech was so attentive to my needs and always checked on my comfort level. Took me on a last minute appointment. Will come back for sure! ❤️ also, kind reminder to the potential or current clients be KIND to the techs! I understand that sometimes things do not turn out the way you want, communicate it kindly and not rudely.

I have been going to Phat Nails since 2008. Honestly this place has definitely had its up and downs over the years BUT, I ALWAYS keep coming back. I recently moved out of Coquitlam and started trying new salons downtown Vancouver closer to where I live now and not one nail place downtown (which is also more expensive) has met my standards for what this place does. Yes the professionalism isn’t the greatest, yes the customer service isn’t amazing, yes I have had a bad tech maybe once or twice, but my toes especially are always done properly. It was my first time being there... I would say ? the nails are done good they're strong... she made a mistake on my eyebrows when she was waxing them as well as I got them tinted or dyed whichever you prefer to say I told you I wanted them dark because my natural hair colour is a very very light blond Almost White actually it is white so if I don't colour my eyebrows it doesn't look like I have any LOL... Anyway they didn't wind up as dark as I wanted so that's why I gave the four stars but I would have given five stars because when I phoned there to let her know about my eyebrows she was very polite and quick to offer to fix them right away or anytime that I could mate...read full review
