Omid was great. We replaced our 10 year old tank with a tankless Rinnai 199iN. Once our appointment was confirmed, he came on-time. Work was done professionally and they left the place clean. I had a couple of "extras" that I had Omid do and it was all to my satisfaction. They also didn't mind me hovering over them time to time so it was a great experience for me as well. Will deal with Omid again when our furnace needs replacing. Also need mentioning that whoever is on the fence with a tankless, take the plunge - it's a game changer in our household!
