They notifies me as when they would be hare and were right on time. The estimate was provided on the spot and the work was completed not long after acceptance. Our hot water tank failed in the middle of the night and in the morning we called a few places to see who could come and service. Most places were booked out into the next week, but this business was available same day, which was really awesome. When the technician came out and assessed, he came up with a quote And asked for a 50% deposit. I knew I would put it on credit card and I was informed that there would be a 3% transaction fee. I was also verbally confirmed that if the landlord decided not to go with the service that my deposit would be fully refunded.
