The technician arrived on time and checked everywhere I told him there might be some problems and he checked them all and explained how to fix them. Also he looked at some places to ensure there was no problem.
Ali, plumbing technician from Mr Swirl came to my house today to replace a toilet.He was first class all the way. Very pleasant gentleman and provided an excellent service. He explained everything very clearly to me and was transparent about everything from the start.I am very happy with my new toilet and the swift service provided by the company.I would recommend them and am likely to use them again for plumbing services.The cost for service was very reasonable.
Out of several companies that I contacted for an after hours service call this was by far the most reasonable. The technician was knowledgeable and got the job done while suggesting a few ways of mitigating any future issues.
