I live all the way in Steveston Richmond and was planning on getting my bathroom tiles in Richmond bc of proximity but thanks to a friend’s referral I found out about Tile Sense and the owner Nitin. Even thought it’s all the way in Coquitlam it was 100% worth it. He was such a pleasure to work with and provided such care and attention. Loved the selection and affordability. The tiles I chose were gorgeous and for such a great deal compared to the ones I saw in Richmond. My bathroom reno’s were just completed as of today so I’m finally posting the finished product.

He has an incredible shop, with every tile you could imagine. He was helpful in selecting a stylish large format tile for my bathroom renovation & gave me a great price, and even refunded me for some returned extra materials. Highly recommended. This is probably my third time coming back to Tilesense since 2023, and they’ve been consistently solid every single visit. The staff are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually take the time to help instead of just pointing you down an aisle.
I originally bought my tiles back in 2024 with full intentions of installing them right away… fast forward two years (classic “I’ll get to it” situation), and I finally started the project. Of course, I end up one tile short. Cue the panic.
Gave them a call, and somehow—some way—they still had a box of the exact same tile tucked away. Absolute lifesavers.
