“We found Tilesense through simple Google searching for a tile supplier as we were building a new house. This began an almost year-long relationship with Tilesense (not their fault - our builder is very slow). I have only positive things to say about Nitin (our primary contact), Hugh, and Lim. Nitin helped us with virtually every tile decision we had, from choosing, sourcing, ordering, and most importantly for us, last minute extra tile pickups. We went with Tilesense's supplier for flooring as well since we were so happy with them. The customer service and attention from Nitin was some of the best we'd had with all the various suppliers and contractors we worked with over our build process. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest with us. I felt confident that Nitin was always straight with us whenever we had questions, even if we didn't like the answers. Nitin and Lim came through for us for many different things over the course of the project.As our build finally nears completion I can wholeheartedly recommend the Tilesense team for all your tiling and flooring needs. I hope to never have to choose a tile again but if I did, I would pick Tilesense without hesitation. I definitely recommend them - they fully earned these 5 stars.“
“A little late posting but I hired Alan to paint our one bedroom condo in the Coquitlam Centre area and I am very satisfied with his and his team’s services. On the first day they arrived, they immediately went straight to work (ie. sanding, painting trim and etc).
