I had an overloaded breaker and honestly was clueless about how to proceed, but thankfully Steve was able to quickly and patiently guide me through the steps on how to properly reset it over the phone on Whatsapp. Being a simple fix, he didn't want to charge me $120 for a house call — and I truly appreciate that!

I had a tricky electrical problem it seems. I needed some Pot Lights installed in the kitchen without destroying the finished ceiling. two other electrical companies said the it could not be done.I called NRG, Carly and George came over took a look, said "yes very tricky, we will be back tomorrow at 8 AM and get it done" which they did.Both times they showed up on time in a happy mood and got the job done.
