“I have been going to Kathy since I was 16, and I’m 25 now, so she has been doing my hair for almost 10 years. She has been there for so many important moments in my life, including doing my hair for my high school graduation in 2018. Most recently, she coloured my hair pink because I’m going to Japan, and I absolutely love it!

I was nervous at first because it was such a big change, but Kathy made me feel so comfortable and reassured the whole time. Honestly, I should not have been nervous at all because she has known me and my hair for so long. She always makes the experience feel safe, personal, and exciting. I trust her completely, and she always does such an amazing job. I am so happy with my hair and would recommend Kathy to anyone!

“I’ve had two services here: a lash lift and eyelash extensions, and both times I was extremely satisfied with the service and results. The faux mink extensions were very impressive, they're incredibly soft and lightweight. I barely feel like I have them on! Washing my face is comfortable, and even after a week, I haven’t noticed any fallout. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend!“

“I got my lashes done by Gloria and they were absolutely amazing! I loved them so much and she gave me the exact look that I was looking for. Unfortunately , It seemed that I am allergic to the glue or to one of the components in the binding agent so I had to remove them the following day. Gloria was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. She was flexible with her timing and check with me after the procedure was done. Gloria was even willing to provide me with a full refund for my service as I had to remove my lashes a day after I got them done. Needlessly to say I didn’t take the refund as she did an amazing job and I just had a reaction to the glue.I will recommend Gloria and her services everyday and although lashes did not work for me, I will be doing other services with her.“
