“My wife convinced me to do microblading on my eyebrows. At first I was a little nervous to be honest but I saw some of Shivas previous work. Before and after pictures. I was impressed so i decided to give it a shot just to make my wife happy. Once I did it not was she happy I listened to her but also I was very happy with how it turned out. I had faded spots on my eyebrows but now they are so full and looks very natural. Shiva said I would need to go for a touch up but it’s been a month already and it still looks good. Thanks shiva for your amazing job“

“I got my lashes done by Gloria and they were absolutely amazing! I loved them so much and she gave me the exact look that I was looking for. Unfortunately , It seemed that I am allergic to the glue or to one of the components in the binding agent so I had to remove them the following day. Gloria was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. She was flexible with her timing and check with me after the procedure was done. Gloria was even willing to provide me with a full refund for my service as I had to remove my lashes a day after I got them done. Needlessly to say I didn’t take the refund as she did an amazing job and I just had a reaction to the glue.I will recommend Gloria and her services everyday and although lashes did not work for me, I will be doing other services with her.“

“First impressions were amazing décor and design, whilst being greeted by extremely nice, kind, and friendly staff. I did have to wait a bit long, but I understand this is common practice. When I got my haircut, I was amazed by the precision and the detail that my hair dresser took in order to ensure perfection and costumer satisfaction. She gave me a full hair wash, demo-ed some products, gave me a clean cut, and detailed/texture my hair extremely well. Credit goes to Natalie for doing such an amazing job! As a sales man, I fully recognized that this place really goes above and beyond in costumer service. Anyone who is looking for a costumer satisfaction, THIS IS THE place. I will definetly be coming back in the near future and be spreading a good word!“

“I have been a Gallery The Spa client for many years, first at their New Westminster location prior to closing, then shifting to the Port Moody location. Today, I visited their Coquitlam location for the first time and it was, of course exceptional. While I have experienced most of their services, my favourites are their facials, eyelash extensions and lash lifts. The facials are especially wonderful - very relaxing and catered to your own skin type. I cannot recommend this salon more. The staff is always welcoming, kind and patient; the salons are always clean and tidy and the prices are equally fair. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!“

“I have been going to this salon for over two years now. I believe its about time I leave an honest review here. My stylist left for another salon and referred someone else to me at Filomena and I must say I had the most humiliating experience with that person. While the stylist refused to cut my hair or even get a senior stylist to look at it, I found Kat (senior stylist) who was doing her hair next to me and made eye contact with her. She sensed that I was very uncomfortable and immediately offered to cut my hair. While my original stylist was good, I must say that Kat is the PREMIUM deal. I have short thick hair and Kat is so efficient and smooth in cutting it all dry - she doesn't even flinch really. I am just so happy with my hair cut and Kat's energy is very calming as a bonus. Filomena is very fortunate to have such a senior stylist in their mix who comes with an extensive experience of more than 30 years. I have never given a review to this salon before but I believe Kat is very deserving of this one. I choose her as my permanent stylist going forward.Thank you Kat and great things ahead for you :)“
