Since service is based on reliability, knowledge, honesty and trust this firm delivers all of that and more.My initial experience commenced with the company's customer service rep., who gathered all pertinent information regarding the problem of the appliance. She ended her friendly and polites conversation with informing me if they had a cancellation, could they contact me.The technician arrived on time in the time slot scheduled. I’m very happy with the service provided, I was initially given the wrong diagnosis on my dishwasher by a different company but Sean was able to fix the issue on the first call with no additional parts needed. I highly recommend!
