Fernando has been regularly servicing the supportive housing program I manage. He is friendly and provides detailed updates. We are very pleased with his service and his kindness to our tenants. As well, he has taken time to provide additional information to ensure we are keeping pets safe. Thank you Fernando.

Bernard did a mouse exclusion on our strata recently. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the rodents and how to keep them out of one's home. He's very meticulous and makes sure the job is done right. Bernard is a pleasure to work with.
