Customer service was professional, and they made sure the customers (including myself) were welcomed and comfortable. I was even helped to select from their wide range as to what would look good on my nails instead of just flowing by what I wanted. They ensured the new designs were aligned with my expectations. The job done was felt more personal than transactional. I would definitely go again.
I am completely obsessed with my new nails! Akram is a rare gem and an absolute artist. She is so incredibly patient, kind, and creatively gifted. I always bring her my most unusual, outside the box ideas, and she effortlessly brings them to reality even better than I imagined.
The salon itself is centrally located, spotless clean, safe, peaceful, and so comfortable. Highly recommended!
Got a pedicure at Fresh Nail Bar and had the best time! The lady who did my nails was so friendly and funny — especially when I was stuck between colors. She made the whole experience super chill and fun. My toes look amazing, and I left smiling. Will definitely be back!
